Double Win at Knockhill

It was a fantastic weekend for the team. Ben Wilson took a stunning double victory, the first double this season for the team with Alastair Seeley securing a great second and fourth.

Ben was dominant in both Supersport races. Having qualified in fourth place for race one he was keen to get to the front and took the lead after the first lap. From lap four he extended his lead and took the win by 2.8 secs. He also had the fastest lap which put him on pole for race two. Once again he was eager to lead from the front for race two and led every lap winning by another big margin, 1.4secs.

Alastair also had a great weekend taking a solid second place in race one but struggled slightly in race two with arm pump finishing in fourth place. Alastair is now in second place in the championship just one point behind the leader with Ben moving up to third place.

In the Pirelli National Superstock 600 class it was another fantastic weekend for the team with another podium for Luke Hedger, his third in a row which puts him to third in the championship. Luke has adapted well to riding the Kawasaki ZX-6R and after qualifying in seventh place rode another confident race to secure second place. His new team mate Mark WIlkinson gained his best ever Superstock 600 result of seventh place.

Team Manager Michael de BIdaph - "It's been a great weekend, we had a good set up on both bikes and Ben and Alastair progressed all weekend. Ben found a bike set up faster than Alastair and the results in race one were great. You cannot ask for more than first and second. Ben was on a mission all weekend and we are delighted with the results and to gain a double race win is brilliant. Alastair had a tyre issue in race two and slight arm pump but second and fourth is still an excellent result. In the Superstock 600 class both Luke and Mark were impressive, their qualifying positions did not reflect how they were riding but their race results certainly did. Luke has gelled with the bike now and the results over the last three races have been brilliant. Mark has settled in really well giving him his best result ever and I am sure there is more to come. It is really a positive weekend for the team and we are looking forward to Snetterton on a high and looking to gain similar results"
