Brands Hatch

Ben Wilson had a steady weekend qualifying on the front row for the opening 10 lap race. Unfortunately he was pushed wide going into Surtees corner putting him back to ninth but was able to fight back finishing in sixth place.

For the second race he gained a reasonable start and was in fifth place when the race was red flagged. On the restart he was fifth on the grid and finished a creditable fifth. He remains fourth in the championship just 15 points behind the third placed rider.

Ben's team mate for this weekend, Dan Cooper, had a progressive weekend in what could be his last weekend riding for Gearlink Kawasaki unless he is able to find additional sponsorship. He qualified in 13th place but unfortunately crashed out in the first race. In race two he finished a strong 13th.

Scott Hudson had a difficult weekend in what is still his rookie year and despite improving lap times was only able to secure 19th.
